Photography and Media Consent

Mindful Moves reserves the right to capture photographs and recordings during classes or events. These images and videos may be used in social media posts, marketing materials, and other publications related to the studio's activities. Participants have the right to revoke this consent at any time by providing written notice to the studio.

 

Health and Safety Acknowledgment

Participants are expected to affirm that they are in good physical condition, capable of participating in yoga classes, and free from any medical conditions that would prevent their involvement. Mindful Moves advises participants to acknowledge the nature of yoga activities and understand that participation is undertaken at their own risk.

 

Liability Waiver

Participants release and waive all liability against Mindful Moves, including its directors, officers, employees, instructors, agents, and representatives (collectively referred to as "Releasees"), for any injuries, claims, demands, or damages (including court costs and attorney fees) sustained during yoga classes, activities, or events, except in cases of willful negligence by the Releasees.

Yoga is not intended to substitute for medical advice, examination, or treatment. Participants are encouraged to consult a healthcare provider for medical concerns and are responsible for deciding whether to engage in yoga activities.

 

Acknowledgment of Understanding

By booking a class with Mindful Moves, participants agree to this waiver, participants confirm they have read and understood its terms, including the relinquishment of substantial rights, such as the right to sue. Booking a class signifies a voluntary and complete acceptance of the terms and conditions, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
