Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Online payment for classes must be received prior to the scheduled class date to ensure your slot.
• Cancellations later than 24 hours prior to class start time for any reason will not be refunded.
• Cancellations earlier than the required cancellation time can be refunded in full amount or can be rescheduled to the next available class (within 7 days).
• Students who have booked a class and failed to show up to their rescheduled class will have their class pass forfeited. (Allowable rescheduling of class is up to 1x only)
• Private classes need to be cancelled a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
• Arrive at your class 10 minutes before the scheduled time. We have a grace period of 15 minutes. Should you be the only sign up for a certain class and didn’t show up 15 minutes after your class, your class pass is automatically considered cancelled. Should you arrive within the grace period, the class will still end on its scheduled time.
• All payments are non-refundable but transferable.
